Bath Time Fun!

When we were having a hard time at night with Hayli's acid reflux, her pediatrician recommended that we try giving her baths before putting her down to bed to help calm her and get her into a "bedtime routine."  At first I wasn't that excited about the idea, just because I know babies have sensitive skin and don't really need baths every night.  But Hayli has loved baths from the start, plus I knew my best friend Amanda gave her son baths every  night to help get him into a "bedtime routine."  So one night when Hayli was having an especially hard night with her acid reflux Derek and I decided to see if putting her in a bath would help, .....and low and behold it worked like a charm!  Since then I have given Hayli baths every night before bed and it has become her favorite time of the day!  She LOVES the tub and couldn't be happier anywhere else!  It also really helps (like the doctor said, haha) to calm her and get her into a bedtime sleep mode.  Derek and I look forward to it every night because she just looks so dang cute with her little bare bum, and playing in the water sucking on her fist!  We always take a million pictures but here are just a few super cute pics of our fun end to each day! :)

Cassie Graduates!

Last week Cassie graduated from Wasatch High, it was a very fun, all day family event!  We got up to Heber by late morning and I spent the day doing Cassie's hair, Derek spent the day longboarding with the boys, and Hayli spent the day playing with grandma and sleeping.  :)  We had a Hawaiian themed lunch/dinner right before graduation, then it was off to watch Cassie graduate!  She looked so beautiful and we couldn't be more proud of her!  It's gonna be so hard when she leaves for school to BYU Hawaii, but I have no doubt she will do amazing things there!  Love you Casss!
